RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following describes the rules and regulations that govern the Administration and Operation of SKYSIM Virtual. Please read this information carefully before submitting your registration request. If you are already part of our team, please keep them in mind to make any clarification in case of irregularities.

Introduction

The operation of SKYSIM Virtual is based on the following rules and regulations that describe the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Active Pilots and the representatives of the Administrative and Operational Areas. By making use of the benefits and services offered through this site, you declare that you agree to the stipulations presented here. If you do not agree to follow the guidelines that SKYSIM Virtual puts forth, do not access or use this site.

SKYSIM Virtual reserves the right. at its sole discretion. if access to the site is denied, in the same way, the information presented in any of the sections that make up the site may contain errors, be out of date and may be modified without prior notice or responsibilities for the representatives of the Group.

SKYSIM Virtual reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations if it deems it necessary to keep the Group's general operating and management conditions optimal. It is important that you periodically review this agreement to ensure that it complies with the established guidelines and guarantee the optimal operation of the Group.

1.- Benefits and Services

• SKYSIM Virtual offers free benefits and services to the general public, however, the trend is aimed at aviation enthusiasts and professionals who want to share and contribute knowledge about the aeronautical environment.

• Users who wish to belong to the group or who are already part of it, have the right to obtain the necessary information to operate the services (flights) in a professional and safe manner, including equipment manuals, navigation charts, operating circulars, Initial training (Aspiring Pilots) and periodic (Active Pilots), Flight roles (if used) and service notices (changes in the assigned flight schedule).

• Aspiring and / or Active Pilots have the obligation to comply with the provisions that SKYSIM Virtual establishes to keep their registration in the group in force and continue obtaining the benefits to which they are entitled.

• The Administrative and Operational representatives will have the right to deny, at their discretion and without responsibility for them, the provision of services to disruptive users who alter the order and / or attempt against the ethical, moral and physical integrity of the rest of the users. . Failure to comply with this clause will be subject to deferred sanctions according to the resulting condition both for the users involved and for the image of the group.

• It is strictly forbidden to promote Software piracy using download hyperlinks to P2P servers, through this site or the electronic media belonging to SKYSIM Virtual (forums and social networks). Failure to comply with this clause will cause the denial of services by the Group, and if the image or operations are affected, the case will be exposed to the competent authorities.

• Users have the right to use the electronic means of diffusion, (Facebook, Twitter and Consultation Forums) to share information of interest, fun and entertainment following the provisions of the fourth and fifth paragraph of this section. The publication of hyperlinks will be subject to review by the Administrators of said media.

• It is prohibited to offer and receive economic or material goods to obtain any additional benefit not established in this agreement. The work performed by the Administrative and Operational representatives of the group is not lucrative. It is the obligation of all users to report any detected act of corruption in order to avoid disturbances that affect the image of the group and its members.

SKYSIM Virtual uses third-party internet-based software and applications necessary to perform the operational functions that the Mexican Division of IVAO and IVAO HQ demand to keep the registration of the Virtual Airline (s) within the network in force. No Administrative or Operational representative will assume responsibilities for their malfunction, however, all users have the right to obtain advice to solve and repair problems and / or emerging errors.

Our site has the contact option, where users and the general public can request information on general and specific topics. If it becomes an expedited case, you can use the electronic means of dissemination to present your query or in any case, you can send an email that will be attended by the competent representatives. The advisers may deny the service when the provisions of paragraphs 5 and 6 of this section are violated.

2.- Protection of personal data

When you enter and browse through the page and have not provided your personal data, you browse anonymously. To access certain programs on this page and to contract some of the services offered by SKYSIM Virtual, it is necessary that you provide some personal information to follow up on the operations you carry out within our site or in the subscribed internet-based services at those that the group is affiliated with.

• To guarantee the security of our operations towards you and the rest of the registered users, it is necessary that you provide truthful information that can be verified if any of the Administrative or Operational representatives suggests it, in order to avoid computer crimes that damage the digital integrity of users and the group in general.

• The information that you provide through our portal to request or access the services offered, arrive directly at an encrypted system that only the Administrative Representatives have access to, in this way ensures that your information is not used for other purposes not described in this section.

• The data requested for new users are: Name, Surname (s), Age, Date of Birth, Gender (Male or Female), email address and optionally a phone number. Please note that WE DO NOT REQUEST CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD NUMBERS, SECURITY NUMBERS OR PASSWORDS, via email, or social media. If you suspect that you are being the victim of an attempted fraud in the name of SKYSIM or another similar name, suspend any operation on the page you are on and report it immediately to an Administrative representative of SKYSIM Virtual.

• In the event that users have a user identification key and password or a code is provided, they must provide them at the time that is required on the page and bear in mind the indications in paragraph four of this section.

• Do not provide your personal access codes to third parties (friends or family) to grant rights to benefits and services to unregistered users. Abuse of this right may cause the denial and permanent allocation of access to the portal, social networks and other affiliated services.

• When you are in your active session within our portal and want to end your activities in it, do not close the browser for this purpose, since the session could remain active and unauthorized outsiders would have the facility to access your personal information and misuse it. 3.- Minimum Entry Requirements.

• In order to apply to the entry contest in SKYSIM Virtual, it is necessary to have the following minimum requirements:

Aspiring Pilots for SKYSIM Virtual:

-DO NOT belong to more than 3 Virtual Airlines registered in IVAO

-FS2 range or higher.

-Knowledge: Aerodynamics, Visual Navigation, Instrument Navigation, Operations.

Communications and minimum 30 hours in IVAO online to be able to examine your flight techniques.

-Squawk Box Exam at IVAO.

4.- Registration and Contest

• The entry process is similar to that actually carried out on airlines and ensures that everyone on the team has the minimum knowledge and experience necessary to fly safely and professionally.

• In our portal there is a form where applicants must register their data. same that will reach the Administrative or Operational representatives. The information we request covers specific purposes that have been declared in section three, where the privacy of your data is guaranteed in any instance or circumstance.

• Only SKYSIM representatives may contact you by any of the means that you specify. Aspiring pilots who send their information agree that one of the Group's representatives will make some inquiries regarding their experience of flying on the IVAO network. This includes knowing what your current range is, the type of aircraft that has operated in the past few months. callsings used and membership as a staff or pilot in other National or International Virtual Airlines. Likewise, an inquiry may be made into your ethical record. The latter refers to the existence of suspensions and the reasons that originated them.

• The aspiring pilots who are part of the staff of a Virtual Airline or who provide services to more than two Virtual Airlines, may not participate in the competition process. If they are active pilots and one or both of the circumstances mentioned above occurs, SKYSIM Virtual will automatically deny the provision of services.

• Based on the information collected in the process described above. The representatives of the Selection will be free to cancel the Contest if irregularities are found that qualify the applicant as unsuitable, in accordance with the provisions of Section Three.

• Aspiring pilots who are considered fit must take a theoretical-practical exam with general subjects such as aerodynamics. navigation, communications and operations. To ensure that aspiring pilots have the knowledge. The tests will be carried out orally by a representative of SKYSIM Virtual Training. If the applicant passes the theory phase, he will be called to take a practical VFR or IFR navigation test at the airport chosen by the examiner.

• The representative of SKYSIM Virtual Training will send the results to the Head of Labor Relations who will inform the aspiring pilots if they are suitable or not. If they are eligible, they will be notified by email with the subsequent steps to follow.

5.- Ranks and Promotions

• All pilots who have been accepted during the competition process in one of the airlines that make up the group, will initially obtain the rank of Aspiring Pilot in SKYSIM, until they cover the hours of service respectively. SKYSIM Virtual Training will evaluate the performance during this period and will suggest to the pilots the courses and training programs necessary to cover the deficiencies that could be detected. After this, your registration request will be sent to our flight reporting system UESVA (Unified Economic System of Virtual Airlines).

• Each Airline has a tabulator indicating the ranges and the number of hours necessary to reach them.

• All promotions of rank may require the passing of theoretical and practical exams. For more information see the 'Ranks' section on the dedicated site of the Airline where you provide your services.

6.- Use of Equipment (Aircraft)

• The type of Aircraft that active pilots must operate will be initially assigned according to the theoretical experience and flight technique validated by the reports of the UESVA System (Unified Economic System of Virtual Airlines). Depending on the rank you obtain through promotion promotions or the number of flight hours that merit it, you will obtain the ability to operate one more equipment than the one initially assigned. SKYSIM Virtual does not provide software of any kind, it is the pilot's responsibility to have it for both airplanes, scenarios and other tools to be able to operate - See Section 2. Paragraph 5-.

7.- Operations Report:

Professionalism, Quality and Safety

All active pilots are required to report their operations (flights) using the UESVA (Unified Economic System of Virtual Airlines) System. and they must be On-Line flights in conjunction with IVAO, if flights that do not appear on the IVAO flight tracker are detected http://tracker.ivao.aero/ or the use of an unauthorized aircraft, they may be creditors to a suspension plus discount of hours of your history, degradation of rank or definitive drop for deliberately reoccurring on the problem.

Active pilots must report a minimum of 8 hours of flight per month in each of the airlines of the group to which they provide their services. Avoid authenticating flights that report economic losses (red numbers) or with high penalties for mishandling of the operating equipment.

SKYSIM Capacitación will issue operating circulars that will be distributed by the Chief Pilot of the Airlines that make up the group. Recommendations are published in them that will help improve flight technique and guarantee 100% flights.

It is important that all active pilots participate in the events scheduled by the group and the events that the Mexican Division of lVAO offers as a cultural fostering of support and fellowship among all of us who are part of this group.
