En 1695 se comenzó a construir la Catedral Basílica adornada, que tiene arte sacro y tallados en madera en su interior. El Museo de la Ciudad 450, en un palacio convertido, tiene exhibiciones que recorren la historia de la ciudad. Bebeleche es un museo moderno con exhibiciones interactivas sobre ciencia y cultura.
Durango is the capital city of the state of Durango, in Mexico. It is known for its historic center, with important Mexican and colonial baroque buildings. In 1695 construction began on the ornate Cathedral Basilica, which has sacred art and wood carvings inside. The 450 City Museum, in a converted palace, has exhibits that trace the history of the city. Bebeleche is a modern museum with interactive exhibits on science and culture.
